Nyctea Technologies recognized as one of the best start-up companies in Sweden!

Nyctea Technologies were selected on 33-listan, an annual list of best start-ups published by NyTeknik Sweden's leading newspaper on technology.   

Each year NyTeknik selects the best 33 technology start-ups. An independent jury from the newspaper evaluates nominations and make their selection. Out of hundreds nominated this year Nyctea made the cut and we are extremely proud of course! Previous years winners include unicorns such as Spotify and iZettle

Two of the requirements for being selected are: in-house development of an innovation, and a huge business potential and potential to disrupt current industrial practises. Nyctea fits the description by going from basic science discovery to a revenue generating company wihtin 3 years. And for having the mission to create affordable medicine for all patients worldwide.   

The recognition comes in a year when Nyctea moved into the BioventureHub at the AstraZeneca Gothenburg R&D site, sold our first product to some of the largest biopharma companies in the world, and doubled the size of the team.
